Rebecca founded RBTC in 2024 after spending a career in technology and 15+ years in Corporate Executive Operations and HR roles - leading large, global teams through mass HRIS implementations across geographies, 40+ M&A transactions, and building high performing People Operations and Technology functions from the ground up.

Believing strongly that companies of all size deserve to have secure, innovative and user centric experiences - and understanding the state of transformation with the introduction of AI into the world of work - she broke out to build an advisory practice that focuses on workforce transformation, experience and security - hallmarks of her professional brand.
